Making A Purchase
We aim to keep the website fully updated
with our collection so you can shop with
confidence that the items you have chosen
will be with you within a few days.
On receipt of your order, we will contact
you as soon as we have selected your items
for dispatch and confirm your order. We will
also let you know when your purchase has
been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that your chosen item
is out of stock, we will contact you
accordingly.
For your convenience and security, we use
the world recognised Paypal system to
process payment. Your credit/debit card
details are transferred directly from your
computer to the Paypal secure server. A
small padlock appearing in the lower right
hand corner of your browser window will
illustrate the security of this connection.
You do not need to be a Paypal account
member to complete the checkout process.
Paypal will prompt you for the following
details to enable checkout and delivery of
your purchase.
- Paypal will ask you to enter your
name and shipping address.
- Paypal will ask you to enter your
credit/debit card details, email
address, and phone number.
- (Optional) After reviewing the
information you have submitted, you may
choose to save your information. Saving
details will create a Paypal account,
you may find this makes future
transactions faster.
If you are concerned about providing your
credit or debit card details online, or
would prefer not to go through the Paypal
payment process, please contact us and we
will make arrangements to take your order
and credit or debit card payment over the
telephone.

provide the very best value available. All prices shown are
inclusive of VAT.
Quality Every item of
jewellery in the Jewel Genie collection has
been carefully checked to ensure it meets
our highest standards of quality.
We take
great care to accurately describe the
jewellery shown on our website. The majority
of items are hand made from natural
stones/materials and as such their
composition and colour will vary slightly
from that shown. Each handmade piece is
individually unique and the piece you
receive may not be identical to the image on
the website.
Where provided, dimensions are approximate
measurements.

Out of stock
items
There may be occasions when some of our
designs become
temporarily unavailable as we only make or
stock limited numbers in each design. On such occasions ‘Awaiting
Delivery’
will show in the item description. If you
would like us to let you know that an item
is back in stock, please feel free to use
the ‘email me when back in stock’ facility.
Special Orders
We are pleased to accept individual customer
orders on many of our designs. Many of our
rings can be ordered to size and our cord
lariat range designed in the gemstones of
your choice.
Please bear in mind that as special orders
are made to size and/or bespoke requirements, refunds or
exchanges are not offered.
Individual orders can usually take up to 6
weeks. A
non-returnable deposit of 50% of the
purchase price is required on special
orders.

Packaging
All our jewellery is presented a complimentary gift
box
for extra style & protection.
Delivery
We aim to select, pack and dispatch your
order within 2 working days. We will let you
know when your order has been sent with a
dispatch confirmation email.
We use Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ for all
orders and use quality-packaging materials
to ensure your purchase reaches you in
perfect condition. The cost of Postage &
Packaging is £4.95 it includes next working
day delivery (Monday to Friday) and
insurance for your jewellery against loss
whilst in transit.
If the price
of your purchase is under £32.00 and you
wish to receive delivery using "Royal Mail
Signed For" service, please contact us
before making your purchase on line. If you
check out before contacting us we regret we
will not be able to alter the delivery
method.
All orders, irrespective of value, will need to be signed for on
receipt. Please allow longer delivery times
during busy periods such as Christmas,
Valentines & Easter.
Late or lost deliveries
If your delivery is late, we suggest you
first contact your local sorting office.
Please contact us if you have not received
delivery or notification of attempted
delivery within 5 working days of our
dispatch confirmation email. We will make
necessary enquiries on your behalf with the
Post Office and replace or refund the order
when the Post Office officially classifies
the parcel as lost.
Jewel Genie cannot be held responsible for
any delayed deliveries, loss or
consequential loss.
Returns
If any item you have ordered proves to be
unsuitable, you may return the item to us
within 14 days of our dispatch confirmation
email. Prior to making a return, you must
email us at
info@jewelgenie.co.uk detailing the item
code of the piece you wish to return and the
reason for return. We will issue you with
confirmed return details. It is vital that
you contact us prior to returning any item
to avoid any misunderstandings or confusion.
We will refund or exchange the returned
item, provided we receive this within 14
days of dispatch, in perfect unworn
condition, with original labels intact and
including any protective or complimentary
packaging. Refunds will be made within 30
days, according to the payment method you
used. The refunded amount will exclude cost
of delivery.
As is standard industry hygiene practice, we
are unable to accept the return of earrings
or any sets that include earrings. We also
do not offer an exchange or refund service
on any item that has been specially ordered
to size on your behalf. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
You will be required to arrange and pay for
items you wish to return to us. When
returning any item we recommend, for your
own peace of mind, that you insure the
parcel. We do not accept responsibility for
parcels lost in transit.
Privacy Policy
Jewel Genie is committed to ensuring the
security and privacy of information supplied
by our customers. We will not disclose our
customer details to any third party. Your
address and e-mail details will only be used
to fulfil your order and keep you informed
of its status. We will also contact you from
time to time with Jewel Genie news and
